Matt serves as the Principal Broker for Grand Bay Real Estate, headquartered in Norfolk, VA. He has been active in the real estate business for over 15 years. Matt’s background is property management in the hotel industry in Chicago, Washington, DC, Baltimore, Kansas City, and Hilton Head Island. Having relocated to the Hampton Roads area from the DC area 22 years ago, Matt is not only familiar with this market but of many markets across the state. He lives with his wife and business partner, Myong and their two children and dog in the West Ghent neighborhood of Norfolk.
